We sometimes overlook our self and simply reacting on the things were doing or what we feel base on what our body needed in order to continue our responsibilities in our works, in our family and to other activity as it purposes us to be in our day to day lives, and we paid not so much attention on what we are eating as long as it satisfied our stomach and our taste buds and were feeling strong and healthy that's it we can eat what we want. But is that what we are going to used to be? In the Bible is that what God's want us to be? In Medicine is that what we are supposed to be? I Remember this joke back in our country Philippines that if you eat lots of pork, fatty and oily foods you will never grew old, because you will die young .

I remember when I was at primary level, studying from a primary school which is very far from our home and we used to just walk back and forth for there is no means of transportation back then. During breaktime 12:oo -1:00 pm instead of going back home we just climb to some starapple tree inside the campus and having it as a lunch, sometimes our kind classmates offer us to join them, they are quite lucky they have mother to prepare for their lunch pack. Living in a province which have a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables made me a fruit lover and I can say up to now If were be ask to choice between a cake or ice cream against a fresh and sweet guava I would prepare the fruit without hesitation. Knowing the benefits of alkaline in our body I even subjected myself for a one month Juice fasting I'm not fat or sick but i feel great after finishing it. Now I have a better control of what to eat and a much better moderation's on almost food regardless of how delicious and mouth watering they are. Remember you are what you eat, if you eat the same kind of foods a lot, and taken for granted the appropriate balance diet that should be needed.
